Linklaters senior partner joins FTSE 100 mining company

Senior corporate partner at Linklaters, Charlie Jacobs, will join FTSE 100 mining company

Senior corporate partner at Linklaters, Charlie Jacobs, will join FTSE 100 mining company Fresnillo as a non-executive director.

As well as remaining a full-time partner at Linklaters, Mr Jacobs will join the company following its annual general meeting in May.  The time commitment in this role is relatively light with just four annual scheduled board meetings a year. Mr Jacobs will no longer act as a legal advisor for the company. Iain Wagstaff, who worked with Mr Jacobs, will continue to lead the Linklaters relationship with the company.
