Law firm marketing departments 'should be seen as profit centres'

Marketing departments should see themselves as profit centres and have the KPIs to prove it, delegates will hear at the inaugural Law Firm Marketing Summit in London on 5 October.

James Cardew, the global head of marketing at Schroders, will discuss how metrics can be used to change the dynamics of these functions at the inaugural marketing summit for independent law firms on 5 October. The Law Firm Marketing Summit is a gathering of top marketing and business development executives from key independent law firms to discuss the fast-changing world of law firms and how to influence strategy.

Brand expert Andrew Milligan, author of Don’t Mess with the Logo, will discuss the power of brands with former European CEO of Interbrand Simon Baily, who has worked with a range of global companies on rebranding.
