Class action law firm Milberg is joining forces with Sanders Phillips Grossman to create a new partnership. Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman will be headquartered in New York but will represent clients across the US. Milbank is located in New York whilst Sanders Phillips has offices in Seattle, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. Milberg, which was set up in 1965, was one of the first law firms to pursue federal class actions on behalf of investors and consumers. Ariana Tadler, managing partner at Milberg, who has been with the firm for 20 years, said of the move: 'Milberg’s proud history is the launching point for this strategic partnership.
